When I first ordered my custom painting and I opened it up it cracked in three areas. To the point where you can see light through it. I spoke with the company and they ended up sending me a new one which is on its way now. They take your concern. Seriously and I appreciate that!

My darling and I really like how it came out! It was a lot of fun to do but I had to use strong reading glasses to see the very small numbers but my eyes aren’t as sharp as they use to be. Great product! Looks just like the photo. They also supplied plenty of paint for the entire painting and 3 paint brushes.

My mother has Parkinson's and dementia and was convinced she would never be able to sew or draw or do any of the things she used to do for fun and crafting.
